Hi, we're Mo and Ali — brothers, and both licensed water quality plumbers.

We started Demand after one too many callouts to fix a job someone else had oversold: a unit too small for the house, a membrane that couldn't handle the local water, sold by someone who'd never have to install it or answer for it later.

Most whole-home filters stop at chlorine and sediment. We didn't think that was good enough.

So we built Demand FullGuard, and made one rule: nobody sells it who isn't qualified to fit it.

It is good, by Australian standards. Most people come to us because of chlorine taste and smell, dry skin, kids with eczema, or fluoride. If none of that bothers you, you probably don't need us. We'll tell you that on the phone.

Yes. Parts of the west and outer east are on chloramine, not plain chlorine. Standard carbon doesn't handle it well. A plumber checks which zone you're in and specs the unit accordingly.

A properly sized unit shouldn't be noticeable. We check your pressure before we quote and test every tap after install.
